2019 - A Festival Is Born

Having introduced the 1.5k children's race in 2018, the addition of a 5k for runners aged 12 and over in 2019 completed the picture — a full day out for families and runners of all ages and abilities.

It was a natural evolution. More distances meant more runners could experience the castle grounds, the estate paths and the Aberdeenshire countryside — and the PIM Running Festival was born.
