PIM Running Festival returns for 2025
We are excited to announce that the PIM Running Festival will return to Crathes Castle on Saturday, 13th September 2025! This marks the 6th year of PIM’s sponsorship of this fantastic event, which has grown in size and popularity every year.
Set in the stunning surroundings of Crathes Castle in Aberdeenshire, the festival offers three race categories for all levels of runners.
- 1.5K Kids' Race
- 5K Race
- Half Marathon
Prizes will be awarded for each event, including dedicated categories for the over 50’s, over 60’s, and over 70’s age groups in the half marathon. Every competitor will also receive a medal and race t-shirt to mark their achievement.

- Registration: 9.30am-12 noon
Runners and spectators alike will have a fun-filled day out in one of Aberdeenshire’s most iconic locations. Additionally, all entry fees will support the invaluable conservation work of the National Trust for Scotland, making this not only a great way to get active but also a chance to contribute to a wonderful cause.
